Rare Voices

O'Connell Advisory supported Rare Voices Australia to develop a business case, funding strategy and operating model for a proposed Virtual National Rare Disease Centre. Working with Australia's peak body for rare diseases, we developed a detailed ten-year financial model covering workforce, operating costs, implementation staging and funding scenarios across multiple jurisdictions.

The model helped articulate the investment required to establish and sustain a nationally coordinated service and supported engagement with government stakeholders. The project demonstrates our ability to support advocacy organisations and NGOs to turn ambitious policy ideas into practical, funded and deliverable service models.
